CURRENT LICENCE

What MIT includes

The MIT licence already permits commercial use. The earlier paid offer is not required to use the current software for work.

What you receive

The local file and command toolkit, including the optional client for the hosted technical preview. The source and release archive are published in the public repository. The complete MIT licence governs the software.

Check compatibility before connecting

The supported preview target is macOS. Choose a compatible local MCP app or the ChatGPT Developer Mode technical preview. A manual connection needs Node.js 22.22+ within 22.x or 24.x. An MCPB host supplies its own supported runtime. Follow the installation and first-task guide for the current version, download and checksum.

The hosted connection is a technical preview. It does not include an AI subscription, a hosted computer, a support service-level agreement or approval for the ChatGPT directory. Your Mac must stay awake with Bridge running. Process sessions do not survive an agent restart.

Understand the access

Bridge is not a sandbox. File and terminal tools use your OS user’s permissions and can read, change or delete files and access the network. Requested file contents, images, paths and process output may be sent to your AI provider. Only authorize systems and data you may operate. Review meaningful actions and keep backups. Read the security model and privacy notice.

Pre-release terms

The software is provided under MIT, including its warranty disclaimer. The hosted connection is an experimental service that may be interrupted or withdrawn; it is not a paid subscription. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the service terms.

Earlier commercial offer and historical orders

The separate 0.1-series commercial offer, originally listed at €29 once, is unavailable. It offered rights, not extra features. This section preserves receipt and refund information for any valid earlier order; it does not limit rights granted by MIT or open a new sale.

Delivery and proof of purchase

Under the earlier offer, commercial rights began when payment for that licence succeeded, not when you open this page. Keep the Link/Stripe merchant receipt identifying the purchased licence and the applicable terms. A returned URL, failed payment or test-mode receipt does not establish a paid order. No activation key was required.

Payment and refunds

The earlier offer used Link with Stripe Managed Payments. For a valid order, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@ganado.cz from the purchase email with the order reference, or use Link’s order-support route. Do not include card numbers or passwords. The refund policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or Link’s applicable policies. A refund of an earlier paid licence does not remove rights separately granted by MIT.

Earlier commercial terms were dated 19 September 2026. No new payment is required for the current MIT release.
